A member of the Yuen Long District Fight Crime Committee, Ms Chiu Sau-han, on behalf of the residents in Tin Shui Wai, has presented an appreciation letter to Yuen Long District in appreciation of the officers' prompt action in apprehending a suspect shortly after a woman was indecently assaulted in on April 15.
