Hong Kong Island Regional Commander Li Kin-fai presented retirement souvenirs, Police Long Service Medals and Clasps, Long and Meritorious Service Certificates and Commanding Officer's Commendations to 200 police officers and civilian staff in Arsenal House on June 18 for their contributions to the Force.
