Police College has been running an Enhanced Smart Teen Project (ESTP) in collaboration with Education Bureau since 2000. In the 2013/14 school year, Police College hosted two Smart Teen Challenge Camps for a total of 105 students from four secondary schools on its Wong Chuk Hang campus. At this five-day residential camp, the students underwent training in foot drill, leadership and physical fitness, and attended lectures on juvenile delinquency and civil responsibilities.

To celebrate the students' continuous improvement after joining ESTP, Education Bureau organised a "Celebration of Success Ceremony for the Enhanced Smart Teen Project" on July 15.  Foundation Training Centre Acting Senior Superintendent Lam Suk-man attended the ceremony and presented certificates and souvenirs to 15 students who have received training at Police College.

As one of its initiatives to engage the community, Police College has been running ESTP with a view to instilling discipline, confidence, team spirit and resilience among Form 2 and Form 3 students.
