Acting Kowloon West Regional Commander Yu Tat-chung visited officers deployed for Operation SOLARPEAK in KW Region on October 10. He praised them for displaying steadfastness, great restraint and professionalism in a trying situation despite prolonged working hours.

 

Commending the officers for their unreserved efforts to maintain law and order, he said he was confident that all Force members would remain united and resolute in overcoming an unprecedented challenge.

 

Mr Yu also told the officers that the Regional management would ensure that everyone of them would be provided with sufficient support, time to rest and suitable arrangements for overtime work.
