The Police Community Relations Office of Tuen Mun District (TMDIST) and the Patrol Sub-unit 4 of Castle Peak Division offered a talk for some 50 Non-ethnic Chinese (NEC) from Pakistan at the United Muslim Association on September 26, with Police Community Relations Officer Choy Chun-wah acting as facilitator.

To give the NEC a better picture of the law of Hong Kong and the local ways of life, the talk covered road safety, technology crime and violent crime. The speakers introduced the modus operandi of culprits, reminded the audience to pay more attention to road safety, and offered tips on how to avoid falling preys to technology crime. Fight crime souvenirs were also distributed.

For the audience, the talk helped allay their concerns of living in Hong Kong and boost their confidence in the Force.
