Sau Mau Ping District (SMPDIST), in collaboration with Caritas Community Centre - Ngau Tau Kok, rolled out a "New Frontier Development of Ethnic Minority" campaign to offer a series of activities to Non-ethnic Chinese (NEC) youths and children in a bid to enrich their general knowledge, disseminate fight crime message, and help them build up self-confidence and team spirit.

One of the highlights of the campaign was a "Cultural Integration Day" held on November 22, with Police Community Relations Officer Nicholas Yiu and Caritas Hong Kong's Social Worker-in-charge, Mr Andrew Tsang, officiating at an opening ceremony.

Attracting over 600 local and NEC young people, the event offered game booths and exhibitions for them to understand more about South Asian cultures.
