Hong Kong Island Regional Commander Li Kin-fai presented retirement souvenirs, Police Long Service Medals and Clasps, Long and Meritorious Service Certificates and Commanding Officer's Commendations to 161 police officers and civilian staff members on December 17, 2014 for their contributions to the Force.
