Commissioner Tsang Wai-hung presented letters to 10 officers on January 29, confirming their promotions to Assistant Commissioner (ACP) and Chief Superintendent (CSP).

 

Messrs Lui Hon-kwok, Duncan McCosh and Kwok Ho-fai have been promoted to ACP.

 

Promoted to CSP are Messrs Barry Smith, Chan Wa-shing, Patrick Laidler, Kwok Pak-chung, Choy Yuk-kwong, Cheung Kin-kwong and Kwok Yam-yung. Mr Kwok Ho-yee, also promoted to CSP, was on vacation leave and promotion letter will be presented to him on the next occasion.
