Kwai Tsing District (KWTDIST) has adopted a multi-agency approach by inviting the community to join promotional activities and solve street management issues together. A "Super Police Clinic" was held in Kwai Fong Circuit, Kwai Chung, on March 20 to kick off a publicity event featuring street management for the first time.

 

On hand to support the event were Vice-chairman of Kwai Tsing District Council, Mr Law King-shing, Vice-chairman of Kwai Tsing District Fight Crime Committee, Mr Wong Yiu-chung, a Kwai Tsing District Council member, Mr Ng Kim-sing, representatives from District Office, Lands Department, Food and Environmental Hygiene Department and Environmental Protection Department, elderly volunteers of the KWTDIST "Silver Harrier" and Junior Police Call members. They distributed fliers to pedestrians, shops and the residents in the vicinity of Kwai Fong Circuit to underline the importance of street management for the environment of Kwai Tsing.
