Police Constable (PC) Kan Man-ching from Police Tactical Unit and PC Yeung Siu-ho from Emergency Unit Hong Kong Island are winners of the "Calendar Card Design" and "Screensaver Design" Competitions respectively, organised by the Hong Kong Island Regional Complaints Prevention Committee (HKI RCPC) for promoting complaints prevention among officers.  

Presenting awards to the winners on May 8, HKI Regional Commander Li Kin-fai reminded officers to serve the public with empathy and impartially. 

 

Calendar cards and folders produced with the winning entries have been distributed to police districts. The Chairman of HKI RCPC, Superintendent Young Chi-man, expected that the entries would disseminate complaints prevention messages and encouraged officers to provide quality services to the community.
