Commissioner Lo Wai-chung presented letters to nine officers on October 23, confirming their promotions to Senior Superintendent (SSP), Superintendent (SP) and Senior Force Welfare Officer (SFWO).

Heading the list are Messrs Kao Yau-ki, Andrew Boulton, Ian Clark and Kong Hok-lai, promoted to SSP.

Promoted to SP are Messrs Law Ka-hong, Wong Chun-yue, Kong Wing-cheung, and Ms Lam Wing-sze, while Ms Yung Mee-yee has been promoted to SFWO.

Mr Wong Chung-chun, promoted to SSP, and Ms Tong Sze-mun, promoted to SP, were absent from the ceremony and will receive their promotion letters on the next occasion.
