Wan Chai District (WCHDIST) invited four Peer Advisors on anti-pick pocketing to conduct a sharing session with frontline officers on January 5, followed by a site visit to two black spots in Causeway Bay.

Following a note of thanks by Wan Chai Divisional Commander (DVC) Tse Tsui-yan, the four Peer Advisors introduced the common modus operandi of pickpockets, helping officers brush up their skills of identifying potential suspects and victims. The officers, who were mainly from Task Force Sub-unit and Police Community Relations Office, found the information provided by the speakers very useful for boosting their professional knowledge to tackle pick pocketing.
