Divisional Commander Chan Chun-fai of Tin Sum Division (TSDIV) presented a letter of appreciation to a bank district manager and a staff member on January 18 for foiling an attempted phone deception when an old lady wanted to draw $50,000 from the bank's Shatin branch on January 7.
