Sham Shui Po District (SSPODIST) teamed up with the ethnic groups to hold a Fight Crime Non-ethnic Chinese (NEC) Engagement Carnival in Sham Shui Po Police Station On January 31.

At the carnival, members of Junior Police Call and Senior Police Call, NEC students and youngsters from the "Christians Action" sang and performed to loud applause, while a non-governmental organisation - "New Home Association" - set up snacks and Indian skin painting booths. The carnival provided a platform for police officers and residents to interact and get to know one another better. Both parties also vowed to work together to make Sham Shui Po a better place in terms of prosperity and stability.
