Police Civil Secretary Leung Ho-yin presented letters to 31 officers on February 1, confirming their promotion to Clerical Officer with effect from February 3.

The officers are Miss Chan Pik-ying, Ms Chan Tak-hing, Mr Chan Wing-kin, Miss Cheung Kam-kuen, Miss Cheung Kiu-luen, Ms Cheung Po-shan, Ms Cheung Wai-fong, Miss Ho Siu-kei, Ms Kwok Kwai-fong, Ms Kwok Lai-king, Miss Lam Mei-yuk, Ms Lee Kit-yee, Ms Leung Mei-ling, Mr Leung Wa-hing, Ms Leung Yin-fan, Mr Liu Wai-leung, Miss Liu Yuk-mui, Ms Luk Siu-ha, Ms Tam Yuen-har, Ms Tang Lai-chi, Ms Wat Wai-har, Miss Wong Chi-heung, Ms Wong Hau-sin, Miss Wong Tai-ho, Ms Wong Wai-kwan, Miss Wong Yuk-ping, Ms Wu Chung-fan, Miss Yao Ka-po, Mrs Ki Yim Choi-ling, Ms Yip Kit-ching, and Mr Young Ming-shun.

Two other officers, Ms Lee Mei-yin and Miss Wong Suk-han, have also been promoted to Clerical Officer, but were unable to attend the presentation due to other commitments.
