In a bid to remind professional drivers to pay more attention to safe driving, Traffic New Territories South (T NTS) held a "Wise Drive Network Publicity cum NTS Region Outstanding Driver Award 2015 " last December. A total of 26 nominated professional drivers were presented with an "Outstanding Driver" award at a presentation ceremony on January 15 for their good driving records and manners.

Officiating at the ceremony at NTS Regional Headquarters, T NTS Senior Superintendent Michael Armstrong said, "Through this event, let us all understand the importance of good driving manners, and we will do our best to make everybody safer on the road."

The Wise Drive Network has run for over two years. Covering only 11 transportation companies at the beginning, it has now reached coverage of 38 global logistics enterprises. The project disseminates traffic information to the companies with an e-mail network system and strengthens link with them at the same time.
