With the arrangement made by Operations Wing, a ten-member delegation from Police Tactical Unit Headquarters, Tango Company and Police Dog Unit (PDU), comprising three Senior Inspectors, two Station Sergeants and five Police Constables, visited the New South Wales Police Force, Australia, in late February.

The officers visited the Public Order and Riot Squad (PORS), PDU, Mounted Police, Castle Hill Training Centre and Police Operations Centre and looked at their facilities, equipment and jobs. Chief Inspector Andrew Bullock of the PORS led officers of PORS and PDU in sharing their experience and arranged a demonstration on public event policing.

A delegation member, Senior Inspector Bess Cheuk from Tango Company said that they are grateful to the PORS for exchanging experiences of tactics, equipment and handling of public events. PDU Station Sergeant Lo Wai-man also said that they established friendship and network with the New South Wales PDU through the visit and it helped PDU advance techniques and strategies in police dog training.
