About 50 officers from different units took part in a sharing session on financial investigation held earlier by the Crime Kowloon East Regional Headquarters. Two Chief Inspectors from the Narcotics Bureau, Chow Chi-kwan from the Financial Investigations Division and Wong Yiu-sum from the Joint Financial Intelligence Unit, shared their experience in financial investigation and talked about the legal considerations in dealing with accounts containing crime proceeds. The participants found the presentations inspiring and practical for their day-to-day duties.
