Mong Kok District (MKDIST) held a Crime Prevention Seminar for Property Management Companies and Hotels on  April 6, drawing a turnout of over 60 senior managers in the sector.


Apart from giving a briefing on the crime trends and modus operandi, officers discussed with the attendants the implementation of Project VanGuard and outlined a crime prevention initiative, Project Gateway.


Meanwhile, two representatives of a property management company took the opportunity to present tapestry banners to senior officers of MKDIST in recognition of their contribution in maintaining law and order in the district.


MKDIST Commander Mark Foster also presented appreciation certificates to the managers of four property management companies for their assistance given to the Force in detecting crime.
