During the recent Thai New Year, officers of Tai Po District (TPDIST) were invited to join celebrations at a Thai Temple at Pun Chung Village on April 10. TPDIST Commander Patrick Laidler thanked the residents for their hospitality and the attending officers were rewarded in the traditional Thai way with a dousing of water and powder over them. This marked one of their activities to engage the community.
