To further enhance Project CARE, Ma On Shan Divisional Commander Wong Tsz-bun led officers of Ma On Shan Division (MOSDIV), Sha Tin District Police Community Relations Office and New Territories South Regional Crime Prevention Office to conduct a security seminar at Sai Kung North Rural Committee in late May.

They demonstrated different types of home security devices to over 50 Village Representatives, and advised them to step up home security and neighbourhood watch.

Project CARE was launched with an aim to updating the rural community of the latest crime trends through social media. It also provides a platform for criminal intelligence gathering and promoting the use of anti-burglary systems. Currently, all 21 villages in MOSDIV have joined the project.
