In an attempt to engage different age groups in anti-crime activities and fostering police-community co-operation, Railway District (RAILDIST) partnered with the Education Bureau and the Police Volunteer Services Corps to invite students from St Francis of Assisi's College to a fight crime activity co-organised with the MTR Corporation on May 28.

The students visited the Police Control Centre of RAILDIST to watch for themselves its daily operation. Officers explicated to the students the crime situation within RAILDIST and gave crime prevention advice.

The students also went to Tsing Yi MTR Station where MTR staff explained the facilities of the station and the MTR by-laws. At the conclusion of the event, the organising parties and students distributed anti-crime leaflets to passengers in the concourse of the station.
