The Administration Wing of Kowloon East Regional Headquarters (KE Regional HQ) held a knowledge sharing session on August 17 in an attempt to strengthen officers' capability and professionalism on criminal investigation and handling court cases.


The seminar, chaired by Senior Superintendent of KE Regional HQ (Administration) Chow Kwong-chung, attracted the participation of over 30 supervisory officers who are responsible for criminal investigation in KE region and its districts.


Three speakers, Senior Court Prosecutor II (Administration) of Kowloon City Magistracy Ms Lily Lai, Forensic Pathologist of the Forensic Pathology Service Dr Foo Ka-chung and Chief Inspector Yin Hiu-yu from Sau Mau Ping District, talked about the management of court documents, bail issues, handling of crime scene and forensic evidence, and challenges faced by District Investigation Teams (DITs).
