Convener of Animal Protection Commissioners of 18 Districts Mr Mak Chi-ho and three representatives of the Non-profit-making Veterinary Service Society awarded a flag to Commander of Tai Po District (TPDIST) Patrick Laidler and officers of Task Force Sub-unit, Tai Po Division, on July 6 in recognition of their efficiency and professionalism in arresting a suspect for abusing a cat in Tai Po in May.
