To foster ties between local and Non-ethnic Chinese (NEC) youths, Lantau District (LTDIST) ran a football tournament of Project One World on August 25. They brought together about 100 youngsters, including Chinese, Pakistanis, Indians, Filipinos, British, Brazilians, Thais and Africans, and their family members to join the tournament.

Presenting the prizes were Deputy Regional Commander of New Territories South (NTS) So Kam-tong, LTDIST Commander Alice Lee and Vice-Chairman of Islands District Council Mr Yu Hon-kwan. A friendly match was also staged by football teams from NTS Regional Headquarters and LTDIST.
