Superintendent of Crime Marine Regional Headquarters Chan Tin-chu led officers from the Regional Crime Prevention Office of Marine Region and the Police Community Relations Office of Marine Port District to launch an anti-telephone deception campaign on Cheung Chau on September 29. With the support of 50 Senior Police Call members, they distributed anti-telephone deception leaflets to local residents in a bid to remind them to stay alert to telephone scams.
