Over 60 students, teachers and principals of some secondary schools attended a closing ceremony of the Tuen Mun Fight Crime Street Running Programme on September 24, which was jointly organised by Tuen Mun District (TMDIST), Tuen Mun District Fight Crime Committee (TMDFCC) and Lingnan University.

New Territories North (NTN) Regional Commander Kwok Ho-fai, Acting TMDIST Commander Ko Kim-fung, Chairman of TMDFCC Mr Lee Hung-sham and Director of Student Services of Lingnan University Ms Ko Lai-fong presented certificates to the students.

The eight-session training programme was given by veteran coaches during summer vacation to beef up students' volition through running. Police volunteers ran alongside the students to introduce the work of the Force and cultivate positive values to them. The students commended the programme for its solid and inspiring content.
