The Police Community Relations Office of Eastern District (EDIST), the Road Safety Team of Traffic Hong Kong Island and the Traffic Team of EDIST joined hands with Chairman of Eastern District Road Safety Publicity Campaign Committee Dr Liu Kai-ming and the committee members in launching the "No Drug and Drink Driving Publicity Campaign 2016" at the bar area in Soho East, Sai Wan Ho, at night on December 9.

Through distributing publicity leaflets and souvenirs and inviting bar patrons to try an alcohol breath test, the officers reminded the patrons the significance of anti-drug and anti-drink driving.
