The Hong Kong Men's Open Volleyball League (C division), an annual highlight organised by the Volleyball Association of Hong Kong, China took place between April and July. Following nail-biting battles, the Police Men's Volleyball Team captured the first runner-up title out of 120 competing teams and would be promoted to B division in the next league.


Chairperson of the Police Volleyball Club Ms Kwan Chui-ching congratulated the team and applauded their efforts and team spirit displayed throughout the game. She encouraged the team to keep up with the good efforts in the upcoming World Police and Fire Games.


The Police Volleyball Team practises from 7pm to 10pm every Thursday at the Police Sports and Recreation Club. Force members and their families interested in the training may send an e-mail to hkpvc.hkp@gmail.com or contact Inspector Jackie at 6050-4211.
