A basketball friendly match between the Police Volunteer Basketball Team and Wong Tai Sin School Liaison Committee was held by the Police Community Relations Office of Wong Tai Sin District (WTSDIST) on July 3.

Commander of WTSDIST James Betts graced the event as the officiating guest whilst Vice-Chairman of Wong Tai Sin School Liaison Committee cum member of Wong Tai Sin District Fight Crime Committee Mr Lo Fat-keung received a certificate of appreciation. It was an intense match with both teams vying for the honour, which they shared happily with a draw in the end.

Twenty-five principals and teachers from local secondary and primary schools joined the match, which helped boost the relationship and trust between the schools and officers of the district. The match also acted as a curtain raiser for a series of upcoming summer youth activities in WTSDIST.
