Marine Police Officers Exit Debriefing Series

The Marine Policing Knowledge Management (KM) team invited a Veteran Station Sergeant of Marine East Division, Lee Kin-chuen, to give a sharing session under the Experienced Marine Police Officers Exit Debriefing Series on July 28 at the Marine Regional Headquarters. About 80 frontline officers attended the event.

Mr Lee shared his 37 years of experience in marine policing and seamanship, highlighting his work in handling the Vietnamese boat people in the early 1980s and the forced boarding techniques of small boats.

The sharing benefited the attendees by passing on Mr Lee's valuable experience in maritime law enforcement and techniques in seamanship to the younger generation of marine police officers. On behalf of Marine Region, KM Champion in the domain of Marine Police Mr Law Ka-hong thanked Mr Lee for his contribution to the Region and wished him a happy and healthy retirement.
