Two Mainland tourists presented a pennant to Divisional Commander of Wanchai Division (WCHDIV) Tse Tsui-yan and officers of Patrol Sub-Unit 1 (PSU 1) on July 21 in recognition of their frontline officers' professional performance in handling a dispute.

In July last year, the tourists made a report to the Police that the goods they bought in a pharmacy at Causeway Bay were overcharged. Police Constables Chu Wing-ho and Tsang Wing-nok of PSU 1 arrived at the site, listened attentively to their argument and mediated the dispute with empathy. The case was settled swiftly and peacefully. This year, the two tourists came to Hong Kong again to express appreciation to WCHDIV for safeguarding their rights and maintaining tourists' confidence in Hong Kong.
