To echo the annual World Suicide Prevention Day and to promote positive attitudes of life among officers, the Psychological Services Group invited two veteran programme hosts to share their views on the most important thing in life at a Balances and Wisdom seminar in the Police Headquarters on September 8.

Mr Cheng Tse-sing and his wife, Ms Lau Sin-yi, told over 300 Force members their ups and downs in life and their reflection on their changing role. Both speakers said that they had questioned their abilities in face of uncertainties in life. They stressed, however, that they never give up and would embrace all the surprises and challenges ahead. The couple also shared their views on the art of a good marriage. They mentioned that they get along well with each other with modesty, admit their own deficiencies and appreciate each other's efforts to cultivate their relationship.

Meanwhile, they had recorded seven sound bites to encourage Force members to lead a positive life. Interested colleagues can visit http://youtu.be/B3erUnNCtRQ or scan the attached QR code for details.
