Yuen Long District (YLDIST) arranged a guided tour for Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pok Oi Hospital Mr Pang Siu-hin and some board members to JPC@Pat Heung on November 1 to let them know more about the Force's initiative to engage the youth.

A supervisor of the centre introduced the objectives of the premises to the visitors while officers gave a demonstration of the training facilities. Then Acting YLDIST Commander Wong Kin-yee exchanged views with them on youth problems and ways to get along with young people.

The visitors gave high regard to the Force for its efforts to nurture youngsters, and would promote the centre to schools established by Pok Oi Hospital. Afterwards, the board members went to the Police Headquarters for a luncheon with Deputy Commissioner (Management) Chiu Wai-yin. Through sharing by Ms Chiu, the board members deepened their knowledge of the work direction of the Force.
