A businesswoman, Miss Chu, presented flower bouquets to Report Room officers, namely Lee Pak-kin, Lo Wing-pong, To Chi-tim and Leung Kit-chung, of Happy Valley Police Station on January 11 in recognition of their professionalism and efficiency displayed in handling her case, resulting in the recovery of her watch worth over HK$ 1 million.

Miss Chu left her watch in an on-call vehicle on her way home earlier that day and thus made a report to police. Upon receiving the report, the above-mentioned officers of Happy Valley Division (HVDIV) immediately checked the telephone number of the driver, contacted the driver and requested him to conduct a search on his vehicle. Eventually, the driver found the watch and returned it to Miss Chu.
