Assistant Commissioner (Operations) Cheng Yiu-mo presented Police Long Service Medals and Clasps as well as Commanding Officer's Commendations to 56 officers of the Operations Wing at the Police Headquarters on August 23. The presentation was made in appreciation of the awardees' exemplary performance in major operations and their excellent contribution to the Force.

Mr Cheng encouraged the officers to keep up their efforts on counter-terrorism and in handling major incidents and large-scale public events. He also called on the officers to strive to provide strong support to frontline officers in Districts.
