Sham Shui Po District (SSPODIST) invited members of Sham Shui Po District Fight Crime Committee (DFCC) to a tea reception on September 13 to foster ties between officers and the members.

SSPODIST Commander Ho Kai-hin hoped the reception would enable DFCC members to enhance communication with the management team of the District and get a better understanding of the work of various units. Divisional Commander of Sham Shui Po Division Chow Ngai-kong outlined "Project Guarding Eyes" to the members while Assistant Divisional Commander (Administration) Jacqueline Wong spoke on indoor duties of the Division. Officer-in-charge of District Intelligence Section of SSPODIST Chu Ka-yee talked about the crime trend of SSPODIST in the first half of 2018.

The reception enabled the DFCC members to get a better picture of the diversity of police work. The members were impressed with the sharing, in particular about the indoor duties of officers.
