The Hong Kong Police Force 175th Anniversary Open Days will be held at the Aberdeen campus of the Police College on January 12, 13, 19 and 20 next year to commemorate the special occasion. Each day will consist of a morning session and an afternoon session. There will be six theme zones in the open days to showcase the professional image and outstanding achievements of the Force.

A total of 11 000 tickets have been reserved for Force members, including regular officers, auxiliary officers and civilians. A lucky draw for the tickets of the open days was held on November 7, with the management of the Police College and about 20 Force members including regular officers, civilians as well as representatives of the Superintendents' Association and the Junior Police Officers' Association witnessing the lucky draw. A total of 5 500 winners will each receive two tickets of a particular session of the open day.

The results of the lucky draw will be posted on the Force Noticeboard and the winners will be notified by their respective Training and Staff Relations Officers (or equivalent) in early December for ticket collection.
