Representatives of a logistics company and two electronics companies presented pennants to officers of Crime New Territories North Headquarters (Crime NTN HQ) on January 3 for their professionalism and efficiency in detecting a series of thefts and handling stolen goods cases. On behalf of the Formation, Senior Superintendent Wong Wai, Chief Inspector Li Ka-wai and officers of Regional Crime Unit (RCU) 2B received the pennants.

The thefts occurred between October 13 and 29, 2018, during which some culprits stole electronic parts amounting to $4.8 million from three logistics companies in Lok Ma Chau and Ta Kwu Ling. Upon taking over the case, RCU 2B conducted thorough investigation and swiftly arrested six suspects on November 13 and recovered most of the stolen property.
