The Hong Kong Police Judo Club Invitational Tournament 2019 took place at the Police Sports and Recreation Club (PSRC) on February 17, with the participation of about 200 participants.


Junior Police Call members, students of primary and secondary schools and tertiary institutes, players from local Judo clubs and ambassadors of the Elite Athletes Strategic Engagement Scheme competed in 12 categories. After vigorous competition, the Police Judo Club captured the overall championship, followed by Tai Kok Tsui Judo Club. Acting Deputy Commissioner (Operations) Siu Chak-yee presented trophies to the winners and applauded their efforts.


Members of the Police Judo Club practise every Tuesday and Friday from 7pm to 9pm at the PSRC. Interested parties are welcome to contact the secretary of the club, Mr Yip Chuen-hau, at 9276-8016.
