The Force Swimming Team took part in the Short Course Masters Swimming Competition held by the Hong Kong Amateur Swimming Association at Shing Mun Valley Swimming Pool on January 27. The team pocketed 22 medals, including four golds, nine silvers and nine bronzes.

The competition attracted not only high-calibre swimmers from local top-tier swimming clubs, but also swimmers from Mainland China and Southeast Asia. Despite the strong competition, the Force swimmers pulled off remarkable performances. The success could be attributed to the Police Swimming Club's pursuit for excellence. Experienced members strived to beat their personal best while new faces were brought in to gain a competitive edge in more events.

Chairman of the Police Swimming Club Mr Ho Ka-fei was pleased with the team's results in the competition, adding that this boosted the swimmers' confidence in upcoming local and international competitions.
