Commandant of the Hong Kong Auxiliary Police Force (HKAPF) Yang Joe-tsi took the salute for St John Ambulance Cadets' Enrollment Ceremony and Passing Out Parade at the Auxiliary Police Headquarters on March 17. He witnessed a total of 370 new cadets from different schools.


Deputy Commissioner (Operations) Tang Ping-keung was invited to attend the parade as the VIP of the Commissioner of St John Ambulance Brigade.


Speaking at the event, Mr Yang praised the St John Ambulance Brigade for its unfailing support and services provided to the community. He also highlighted the dedication of the HKAPF to supporting its regular counterparts in police work.


At the end of his speech, Mr Yang called on the cadets to abide by the law, show care for the community, embrace challenges and serve Hong Kong society.
