With the arrangements made by the Hong Kong Police College, Senior Inspectors Yu Pok-hon and Ngan Hoi-ian attended the Senior Police Administration Course at the Canadian Police College in Ottawa between June 4 and 20.

The course covered the topics of strategic change cycle, emotional intelligence, leadership and police ethics. Twenty-four police officers from Canada, Hong Kong, Bhutan, Kenya, Tanzania and Nigeria attended the course to discuss the topics and share their experience.

The two Hong Kong officers said the course had broadened their horizons and provided an opportunity for them to build networking with overseas police officers.
