At the invitation of Chairperson of the Police Arts Council (PAC) Ms Kwan Chui-ching, Senior Superintendent Au Wing-leung has become Vice-chairperson of the PAC to take over from Chief Superintendent Chan Man-tak. Ms Kwan presented a letter of appointment to Mr Au on July 5.

The PAC thanked Mr Chan for his contribution during his service as Vice-chairperson of the PAC.
