Commissioner Lo Wai-chung presented promotion letters to 14 officers, as well as CP's Commendations to three officers on September 27.

Heading the promotion list are Mr Kan Kai-yan and Ms Kwan Chui-ching, promoted to Assistant Commissioner. Messrs Chan Sze-tat, Angus Pullinger and Yeung Man-pun have been promoted to Chief Superintendent while Messrs Law Kwok-hoi, Lai Hau-kwong, Law Ka-hong and Wong Chi-wai have been promoted to Senior Superintendent. Promoted to Superintendent (SP) are Messrs Raymond Chou, Chan Wing and Chak Wai-kit. Messrs Shiu Wai-kay and Kan Yu-ting have been promoted to Senior Telecommunications Engineer.

In addition, Mr Lau Ka-ho has been promoted to SP. As he is on secondment overseas, he received his promotion letter from his Commanding Officer at INTERPOL headquarters in Lyon, France.

Receiving CP's Commendations were Senior Inspectors Fung Chun-pang and Lee Shu-kuen as well as Police Constable Choi Man-lung.
