A Hong Kong citizen was deeply impressed by the dedication and determination of police officers to uphold law and order in the face of months-long and large-scale protests and violent clashes across the territory. The citizen made some cookies and sent them to the New Territories South Regional Headquarters on October 15 as a token of support and appreciation to frontline police officers.
