The Police Civilian Staff Club (PCSC) held the Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Police Headquarters on September 26. Over 50 members attended the meeting to review the activities organised by PCSC in the past year, including the 50th Anniversary Dinner, Mainland tours and a variety of sports and recreational interest classes. Moreover, 4 000 sets of stainless steel straws released to commemorate the 50th anniversary of PCSC were sold out to members.

The PCSC always encourages members to actively participate in volunteer services. In 2018, the PCSC volunteer team, comprising over 420 members, participated in a range of activities such as "Oxfam Trailwalker", "Community for the Chest" and "Caring Company Partnership Expo". With their steadfast dedication, the PCSC volunteer team performed more than 13 000 volunteer service hours during the past year, with 61 volunteers awarded the Volunteer Service Certificates by the Social Welfare Department. To recognise the volunteers' contribution, a new set of uniform was offered to the volunteers on a complimentary basis through the Volunteer Uniform Award Scheme.

The 2019-2020 General Committee of the PCSC comprises the Chairperson, the Vice-Chairperson as well as 27 members elected at the AGM. Looking ahead, the PCSC would continue its endeavour to organise interest classes and volunteer services, with a view to fostering solidarity and promoting the interests of members.
