New Territories South (NTS) Regional Commander Patrick Laidler, Deputy Regional Commander Rupert Dover and Senior Superintendent (Administration) Ngai Shiu-kei invited NTS representatives of the Junior Police Officers' Association of the Hong Kong Police Force (JPOA) to a luncheon on January 16. The management took the opportunity to enhance communication and exchange views with frontline officers.

Mr Laidler expressed his gratitude to all NTS officers for their professionalism and dedication to duty. He also thanked the representatives for their hard work and contribution. The representatives talked about their daily work and challenges in a relaxed atmosphere. They also gave suggestions to the Force and spoke about their welfare needs.
