An owner of a money exchange shop presented pennants to District Commander Ho Chun-chung, Assistant District Commander (Crime) Au Yeung Siu-kong, Chief Inspector (Crime) Au Yeung Tak and officers of District Crime Squad 2 (DCS 2) of Yuen Long District (YLDIST) on March 13 in appreciation of their efficiency and professionalism in detecting a crime case. After the presentation ceremony, Mr Ho led YLDIST officers to exchange views and experiences with community members with a view to fostering partnership with them.

An attempted robbery occurred in Tin Shui Wai in January this year. Upon thorough investigation by the DCS officers, a number of people, including the ringleader, were arrested.
