Commissioner Tang Ping-keung presented promotion letters to 19 officers as well as CP’s Commendations to nine officers on April 29.
Promoted to Senior Superintendent (SSP) are Messrs Chan Tat-ming, Lam Chun-kit, Law Shu-pui, Justin Shave, Tsang Chung-bun, Vasco Williams, Wong Chi-wing, Wong Chun-yue, Yau Kin-hung, Yeung Chun-po and Yu Wai-kit as well as Ms Chan Kam-kuk, Ms Chang Lai-yin, Ms Cheung Yee-ling and Ms Mao Lee-sha. Mr Cheung Kie-chee has been promoted to SSP (Specialist).
Mr Peter Whitton and Mr Law Yuet-wing, promoted to Chief Superintendent; and Mr Hsu Tung-fai, promoted to Controller (Police Telecommunications); were absent from a previous presentation and received their promotion letters on this occasion.
Mr Wong Kwok-kei, promoted to SSP, was absent from this presentation ceremony and will receive his promotion letter on the next occasion.
Receiving CP’s Commendations were Chief Inspector Lo Chung-wong, Senior Inspector Tsang Hiu-nga, Station Sergeants Ma Ching-wah and Lo Chi-sing, Sergeants Lee Chi-on and Wong Ping-kiu as well as Police Constables Lam Hiu-wai, So Wai-man and Wong Kai-fung.
